Description

We should make it clear that "Download Firefox ESR" downloads esr-latest, and not esr-next. If people want esr-next, they can follow a link to the /firefox/all/ page.

To fix the issue with the ESR release notes download button, could you clarify what specific wording changes and file locations are needed to update the button to indicate it downloads the latest ESR version, and where to add the link for the next ESR version?

I'm afraid that's too much to explain the the limited space — instead I could image repurposing the current Linux CTA behaviour, where the button going to /thanks displays an extra choice (when there are more versions currently) before starting the download, e.g.:

even allowing for more explanation what that means underneath.
