readthedocs isn't updating #635

I landed a docs change, but don't see it on ReadTheDocs. I checked the build status and it looks like Bleach hasn't built on ReadTheDocs since August 2021.

ReadTheDocs was configured with the wrong branch, I think. It's fixed now.
