FM is not triggered by visiting sites older then 2 months after the pref "extensions.fxmonitor.warnedHosts" is emptied

[Prerequisites]:

• Prefs you'll need to set in about:config: (boolean) extensions.fxmonitor.enabled - true (boolean) extensions.fxmonitor.debug - true
• Restart
• Install the add-on: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1P3STM5zoUstEGp1tPUhyBiCrhNb-C4ng/view?usp=sharing

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Navigate to the following breached website: https://www.linkedin.com/.
3. Go to about:config and delete everything from the pref: extensions.fxmonitor.warnedHosts
4. Restart browser and go back to the site from step 2.

[Expected result]:

• The doorhanger is displayed.

[Actual result]:

• The doorhanger is not displayed if the site was breached more then 2 months ago.

[Regression]:

• I don't know if it's a regression because of bug #132.

[Notes]:

• The doorhanger is displayed if the site was breached in the last 2 months.
• Every other pref has the proper value. Everything should work as expected.

Hey, please note that after the first doorhanger is shown, the pref extensions.fxmonitor.firstAlertShown is set. This pref needs to also be cleared in order to show older breaches after clearing the warnedHosts pref.
