[sys-addon] Firefox Monitor 2.8 is not automatically installed on Firefox 64.0 #140

Firefox 64.0 (20181203202653)

[Affected Platforms]:

Windows 10 x64
macOS 10.13
Ubuntu 18.04 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:

Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
Wait for about 10 mins then restart Firefox.
Observe the "Firefox Features" section from about:support.

[Expected result]:

Firefox Monitor 2.8 is displayed in the "Firefox Features" section.

[Actual result]:

Firefox Monitor 2.8 is not displayed in the "Firefox Features" section.

[Regression]:

This seems to be an issue with 64.0 RC1 and RC2 as I cannot reproduce it on 63.0.3 (20181114214635).

[Additional notes]:

It's just an assumption of mine but maybe this issue is encountered because 64.0 is not pushed on the "release" channel yet.

After chatting with rdalal about this matter on slack this is expected to happen. The add-on was shipped only on 63.*.
