Add full-domain monitoring like https://haveibeenpwned.com/DomainSearch #1137

I have my own domain name, so anything@.com goes to me, and I use a different name on each website. It would be great if Monitor could handle these.

HIBP already does it: https://haveibeenpwned.com/DomainSearch

Firefox Monitor is more meant for the general public, although I came to this github to report the exact same "nice to have" issue.

I have a similar request to support wildcards, enabling a wildcard query to catch any emails using gmail's name+anything@gmail.com format for unique site email addresses.

I use a different email at my domain for each company I use, this feature is required. Cancelling my subscription until this is available as I'm not getting the value that I need from this service.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll share this idea with the team.

tjkirch commented 7 months ago

Why was the issue closed as completed?

EMMLynch commented 7 months ago

I updated to closed as not planned. I'll share the idea with the team.

@EMMLynch

I'll share the idea with the team.

Can you leave this open until there is an official yes/no? This is a bit confusing to close as not planned and also say it will be discussed with the team. Thanks!

I have this exact same problem. haveibeenpwnd wants a fortune, but it is a personal domain with only one real account, and hundreds of aliases pointing to it.
