List relevant repos

Would love a page on build that has all the repos we regularly work from. Would make it easier to find and contribute to ongoing projects and – for my current purposes – to better help onboard new staff. Will probably also surface some renaming / rejigging possibilities to align better with our team and project structures for certain repos. i.e. might be interesting to have repos better match our org chart here: https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/FOUNDATION/MoFo+Team+Org+Charts
