Now that a staging instance it up and running, lets configure all the things we need for production.

[x] set up env variables in Heroku (S3 file storage, mailer settings, secrets, etc)
[x] Set up giphy plugin - request an API key from giphy https://api.giphy.com/submit
[x] database addon - probably one level up from the free version.
[x] mailgun for now? or proper SES setup w/ custom domain and verified email?
