[ ] Create a 301 redirect bot
- When users join the channel, the bot should tell them we've moved. Maybe it should keep a list of users that it's told and tell them only once a month?
[ ] Search for mentions of irc.mozilla.org for our projects and alter them
[ ] (After some time) close down IRC channels
