turn off ASCII conversion for emoticons #44

mattermost has horrific emoticons - can we turn off the autoconversion? Seeing :) if someone typed that, instead of having typed an actual unicode emoji, seems like a better thing to do than to automatically assume conversion and present users with whatever horrible choice mattermost made for you =)

(alternatively, if possible, this should be a user setting similar to skype, messenger, etc, where you can indicate whether you want to see the original ASCII or the converted emoticon)

+1 for making it a toggle option. I think auto-conversion is a pretty neat feature for newbies to mattermost
