Change email in "feedback" button #209

The feedback button is sending to a non existant email address (codemoji@mozilla.org).

Please send to our desk.com email address askjoin@mozilla.org

Also, @stephaniemcv points out that if we add a subject line in the mailto link, she can more effectively filter responses in Desk.com

Could you add "codemoji" to the subject line?
