New Logo for Participation #149

In February @brianking asked me to create a "quick logo for a small project" while I was in Berlin. As of now, the Participation Team is not anymore a small project, so after having a short chat with Lucy, I went on to refresh it up a bit. Attached is the proposal, together with a preview of how the sticker might look like

Changes made:

This has been received well by Brian and Lucy but wanted to confirm it officially also here :)

Looks great @elioqoshi Can you explain the logo though, I've never been sure what it represented (shapes/colors)

Thanks Emma! I had the thought of centralized decentralization in mind. A little bit of messy, yet working in unity and still diverse. It's a bit philosophical, not literal :)

1) I think the quality of the work is great, and I do love the metaphorical qualities of the logo.

2) I still want to open -- not now but at some point in the future -- the much bigger conversation about the proliferation of logos/images used within and for audiences outside of Mozilla :)

Thanks for the feedback!

@geroter , I agree and I do not think that Participation is going to be a brand which is recognized outside Mozilla, as it should be all Mozilla, so I do not see a huge problem here.

I however think that local communities should have their own mozilla brand reflecting their culture and values, as diversity is what brings us together at the end.
