Analysis and visualization of existing datasources provides a baseline for D&I data

Objective Goal:

Prioritized set of D&I initiatives, informed by research/insights gathering, to run in Q2 [shared with D&I]

Subgoal

Data analysis and data visualization drawn from existing sources has been completed. We understand and can communicate the quality of the data we have, and have solid reporting for existing D&I attributes, and intersections . Additionally we have user stories identified that will guide us in generating better quality data for tracking D&I progress in future.

We did sync with Participation Systems on Mozillians/Reps but hoping for data dump sometime Friday. Mike and Bee doing great work generating visualization and storytelling around existing data, as well as talking to external and internal sources about d&I metrics, network sentiment and other ways to learn more about our community diversity baseline. Sync with Larissa has happened on goals here.
