Objective Goal:

Prioritized set of D&I initiatives, informed by research/insights gathering, to run in Q2 [shared with D&I]

Subgoal 1

We have completed interviews with 5 focus groups, and at least one comprised of only women, with at least 8 in languages other than English.

Subgoal 2

30+ of 1:1 interviews with individuals who have expressed interest in D&I, or who are recognized as important in the conversation have been completed(should tap invites).

Subgoal 3

Through interview tracking we create new outreach, and schedule interviews for underrepresented groups in our process.

Subgoal 4

We have identified first themes from our interviews.

All of this happened - except perhaps our tracking of interviews is a bit weak and behind. Nasma is doing a great job of keeping us focused on quality though.
