Mozactivate campaign has new activities that get our mobilizers enthousiastic and its infrastructure is set for success

mozactivate has at least 1 new activity placed and at least 2 in the pipeline that have been marketed at our Reps while we have set a proper infrastructure that will set us for success in 2017

1) fix for front page link to this activity ( couldn't figure out out in the time I had) 2) Links to Discourse topics in activity are updated to real topics (waiting until we are ready to go live before creating those topics) 3) Links to sign up for Face to Face go somewhere ( I will work on this today).
