Iniate discussion with Activate functional teams, launch TS activity, create feedback form and better page layout is launched

Activate TS is live with the wiki list, https://activate.mozilla.community/techspeakers/ @AlexLakatos is working with the parsys team on creating the TS locator as an improvement. Better pages has also been launched. On the functional areas, WebVR is still on early stages waiting to have the team's strategy. On Rust we will be build based on the RainofRust events we will have in India in June
