Objective Goal:

Started to validate our key capabilities and ability to bring best practices and standards for community development across the organization.

[x] Create and deliver high quality, interactive workshop that helps participants visualize personal success in overcoming imposter syndrome in Open source, and become allies for others. (R: @emmairwin)
[x] Write and deliver a powerful, inspiring talk that connects Open Source leaders and participants to Mozilla's D&I research,experiments and opportunities to advance this work with us (at the Open Source Diversity Summit) (R: @emmairwin )
