A new conflict resolution process for regional conflicts is developed and tested for two communities

Objective Goal:

Started to validate our key capabilities and ability to bring best practices and standards for community development across the organization.

[ ] Everyone in the RASCI feel consulted, invested, and confident in the process. (survey ROTI of greater than 3) (R: @emmairwin:)
[ ] Those involved in the conflict, felt they were well consulted, including being briefed of recommendations prior to decision. (R @emmairwin)
[x] Leveraging the templates, and learning from the first community, a parallel process for the 2nd community has begun with an associated working group and early recommendations working group emerge (but we may not be acting on them yet) (R:@emmairwin)
[x] 5 dicussions with other open source community leaders have been conducted which feed into the resolution process, and consequences draft workflow. (R: @emmairwin)
