I can't repro this at all. The Checkbox shouldn't be clickable for Facebook in MAC ever.

This issue is still reproducible with last version of Facebook Container 1.4.0, on latest Nightly build 61.0a1 (2018-04-16), on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.13.3 and Arch Linux 4.12, using the following: https://www.facebook.com/ http://www.facebook.com www.facebook.com

However, this issue is not reproducible by entering just "facebook.com" or "https:facebook.com" domains.

Below is a screen recording with both situations: fb container

Looks like there is some issue with the "www" prefix. Do we need to add some www logic to MAC? @jonathanKingston

groovecoder commented 6 years ago

The bug here seems to be that Step 2 shouldn't be possible: when you have MAC + Facebook Container installed together, the checkbox to "Always open in Facebook" should be disabled.

Is this still reproducible on the latest version of the add-on (2.1.1) and Firefox (77.0.1)?
