Operating System + Version: Win 10 Pro 1809
Firefox Version: 67.0
Other installed Add-ons + Version + Enabled/Disabled-Status: none, fresh profile

Actual behavior

FBC “fence” badge is aligned with FB share button when scrolled to top (or near top): screenshot

Badge jumps up above button, covering text, when scrolled down enough to make the floating header bar appear: screenshot

Expected behavior

Badge stays aligned with FB button as page scrolls and updates.

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-insoles-for-running-and-walking/ (or any other wirecutter review page).
Note fence badge on FB button, if your screen is tall enough, or you zoom out.
Scroll down until the floating header bar appears.
Badge jumps up.

At the link @jacktose provided, the button is above the word 'women' for me @100% zoom (v1.9.1/FF 67.0/Win7 Pro SP1).
