This URL (https://oculusvr.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/set_cookie) must open inside the Facebook container in order to login to the ticket system (https://tickets.oculusvr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).

We have a feature coming very soon that will allow users to manually add sites to the Facebook container. That should resolve this issue. Track our progress on that feature here: #422
