Actual behavior

Windows says Firefox is using Very Hight CPU. I recorded a profile and it points to Facebook Container as one of the causes: Short interval 100% CPU https://perfht.ml/2Ww8GTV image Full interval 34% CPU : https://perfht.ml/38WDaAL image

Expected behavior

Not use so much CPU

Steps to reproduce

Normal browsing.

Could you please profile this with ONLY Facebook Container extension running?

I see similar behaviour on Firefox 77.0b9 for Mac. I'll be using FF, no problems. Then if I want to use Facebook it'll essentially lock up my computer for probably 30-45 seconds on initial load. Then Facebook will work fine. If I leave that tab for awhile and come back to refresh Facebook, same thing happens again.
