Issue

FBC is blocking allow-listed third-party resources from being loaded on Facebook for donations.

This issue is similiar (but unrelated) to #393 and #480.

Steps to reproduce

Visit Page with Donation Link on Facebook
Try to connect to PayPal

After a quick investiagation, Facebook doesn't load any resources from PayPal into the page, it just opens up a pop-up. I'm digging now to see if we can tell that Facebook opened the window, to allow Facebook Resources loading into PayPal so that they can communicate for a single session.

I was using this Facebook Donate page to test.
