Add optOut in rule for fandom.com #494

This is weird. Maybe they don't display the same banner for everyone. This is what I see, the optOut button ("TOUT REFUSER" meaning "reject all") is visible) image

I'd like to give you my two cents. I don't remember ever seeing any cookie reject button (as shown in your screenshot) on any Fandom wiki, see the attached screenshot below.

What I always do as a workaround in this situation is just click "Learn more" and then "Save and close" and hope that the default settings will not allow too much processing of my data, which is not ideal.

I might be wrong but I think this is due to a specific regulation applied in France. Websites have to present the user a button to reject all cookies which is as easily accessible as the accept all button.

Now I remember Google has been fined because the first popup it displayed lacked the reject all button and users had to click multiple times to find it just like you described. At first I thought this was a GDPR rule but it might not be that general.
