e.g. https://protosaur.dev/dawg/workgroup/people, when default_mozilla_confidential is set to false like with this group the group doesn't get added to default / workgroup:mozilla-confidential, and we hide _default. This might be something to fix in the source data by deprecating default_mozilla_confidential.
