Explain better why the user needs to sign in or create an account #111

Once the user clicks on the "claim badge" link they are taken to a sign in page. More information about the sign in process should be included. Particularly, a link to an explanation of BrowserID, and an explanation that the user will be able to view their badges once they're done with the sign in process. Differentiate the process between "sign in" and "create a new account."
