Remove sign in button from front page, keep at top right #112

People found it confusing and hard to notice because of all the other buttons. Even when they saw it, some tended to prefer the button on the top right anyway. Plus they'll be prompted to sign in anyway after they click the "claim badges" or "create own badges" buttons.

This is interesting that people are so used to sign-ins in the top right by now that even a giant button on the first page is just distracting!
