Option to auto-accept all nominations #23

A user might not want to manually accept award nominations that have been approved. Offer a profile checkbox to auto-accept any award nominations, possibly also expose that checkbox on the acceptance dialog (eg. Never show this again, accept all awards in the future?)

A use case: Consider a "Friend of the Tree" badge at Mozilla, such that any nominations automatically result in awards so that anyone can highlight someone as a Friend of the Tree.

Oh, wait, this use case is actually for #22 - auto-approve all nominations.

This issue is on the awardee's side, for auto-accepting nominations
