Finish adjusting print metrics to fit Avery labels
Tweak layout so badge title, claim code, and URL can be read
Add "Code:" and "Claim at:" to label copy

Think about parameterizing the PDF metrics, eg:

Make it easy for user tweak, but offer a grab bag of known-good metric sets for easily-obtained labels
