Scope donation test in Firefox Heartbeat #1608

"Heartbeat" is a ribbon-like promotion that is presented to Firefox users (this is different than snippet).

It's been used to ask users to "rate Firefox" and to promote Firefox for iOS and Android.

We have been invited to experiment with promoting Mozilla's mission + a donation ask.

Likely next step: We will work with the User Advocacy team to set up a simple test, exposing the promo to 3% of Australia, UK, or something modest. It will give us data on whether there is negative user reaction and CTR / conversion. Once we do a test we can determine if we roll it out more broadly.
