   • what does leadership team think are meaningful activities to get stuff done - this topic needs to be added to leads team meetings notes; as an org, thinking outside your individual/team goals; what are gaps we need to address; based on feedback from partners (what do we need to address); DPX level things that are important for us as leaders; let's ensure time is used effectively and efficiently; how can we increase our impact on products (regardless); are we impactful;
2. schedule re: fatigue -smaller break in middle (excludes others)

   • data: 45 min then with breaks; design sessions to accommodate the breaks; will be stopped
