Description

onboarding UX: Have a representative sample of candidates go through the current onboarding process and document their expectations of the product. Survey will be conducted on Usertesting.com or User Zoom.

retained users: Survey new retained users to understand what ongoing value they are getting from Pocket

churned users: Survey new users that churn within 30 days of signing up to understand what their expectations were and how the product fell short.

in product UX: Survey logged in users on if and how the product is meeting their expectations.

@malqinneh is there a way to add a due date for an issue? Is there a way to add multiple labels to an issue? Attaching the trello card for this issue for visibility

We need to make sure Alex set up her GitHub account with two-factor authentication enabled.

Re: Pocket New Users - Web label, I've added this level of information within issue titles before to help with sorting - I'd like to ask @HeatherMcgeachy-ux whether updating the title of this issue from UX Surveys on current users (4 surveys) to Pocket Web - UX Surveys on current users (4 surveys) is enough?

We could add due dates but it's slightly more complicated in ZenHub, happy to walk through it again with anyone that wants to explore it.
