0.8.2 release #194

I cherry-picked a few things, updated CONTRIBUTORS, fixed setup.py regarding pyelasticsearch requirements, tweaked the docs and added a block to the CHANGELOG.

Does this look ok? Am I missing other docs changes that should happen?

Oh, and I added a tox.ini file so we can test across multiple django versions.

I screwed up this PR--it should be against the branch-0.8 branch. Closing and recreating it.
