Focus for this milestone:

land declarative mappings and rework/replace MappingType accordingly
add support for Elasticsearch 1.0 (and use elasticsearch-py 1.0)
ditch support for Elasticsearch 0.20 and any backwards compatible stuff we had for that
library cleanup
slim down documentation
add a django example and non-django example
