Passing in size voids filtering for facets #228

As discussed on IRC, bug was introduced by https://github.com/mozilla/elasticutils/commit/0cee0cc6 .

Test file: https://www.refheap.com/71879 (could be simpler, but anyway).

This warrants a 0.9.1 release.
