Support Yahoo Mail and Outlook #176

Let's support all three top webmail providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook Live aka Hotmail)

[ ] We'll need a preference to select your provider (see #174)
[ ] We'll need to change set-html-email.js to support different providers (see #175)
[ ] Update any descriptions that refer only to Gmail
[ ] Ask QA to review support on other clients

I've started this work in #190 and got Yahoo Mail kind of working. However, the images were not being sent properly, and I did not figure out how to get Yahoo to fix that. It's similar to the issue with Gmail that we solved by issuing a fake paste event, but all my attempts to trigger something similar in Yahoo have failed.

This doesn't include real Outlook support (though it has a few mentions of Outlook)
