[Enhancement] User should be redirected to email selection screen when disconnected to mail #272

[Affected versions]: Firefox 63.0.3 and above

[Affected Platforms]: All Windows All Mac All Linux

[Prerequisites]: Have a Firefox profile with the latest version of the "Email Tabs" add-on (0.1.8096) custom built.

[Steps to reproduce]: Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites. Click the "Email-Tabs" toolbar button. Connect to any gmail account. Disconnect from any gmail account. Click the "Email-Tabs" toolbar button and observe behavior.

[Expected result]: User should be redirected to "select email account" screen.

[Actual result]: User is redirected to "Email tabs selection screen".
