For example, link the name Adblock Plus to this page.

This could be a little tricky. Some add-ons aren't on AMO. For add-ons which are on AMO, there isn't an obvious mapping between names and URLs. For example...

The URL for Ghostery – Privacy Ad Blocker has the slug ghostery
The URL for User Agent Switcher has the slug user-agent-switcher-revived
The URL for Privacy Badger has the slug privacy-badger17
