`prefFlip` experiments do not redirect to the coresponding collection after approving the launch #10829

[Prerequisites]:

Have access to the Nimbus Console.
Have a desktop experiment created using the prefFlips feature configuration.

[Steps to reproduce]:

Navigate to the experiment page from prerequisites.
Have a different person request a launch for the experiment.
Approve and launch the experiment.
Click the Open Remote Settings button and observe the RS page you land on.

[Expected result]:

The nimbus-secure-experiments/simple-review page is opened.

[Actual result]:

The nimbus-desktop-experiments/simple-review page is opened.

[Notes]:

Attached is a screen recording of the issue.
The issue might be reproducible with the Pause, Update, and End flows, but we’re currently blocked by https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/EXP-4611.

I have verified that the issue is no longer reproducible on the current version of the Nimbus Console. prefFlip experiments now redirect to the correct collection when requesting a launch, ending enrollment, or ending an experiment.
