no new reports since May #112

Hi,

there are no new reports on https://hardware.metrics.mozilla.com/ since May 27, 2018.

I believe this is a consequence of Bug 1468351.

The good news is that the Hardware Report will soon be redirecting to a new platform which does have up-to-date data, even if that bug isn't fixed.

Thank you! Is there another GitHub issue to follow the progress regarding the new platform?

@openjck Will the new portal be still FOSS and available for all or do you need to be a Mozilla NDA'd volunteer or staff?

Yes, it will still be FOSS and publicly accessible. It will be online within the next week. I'll post here once it is. :smiley:

I wonder why, even with NDA'd access, I did not got notified of this project..

@jens1o, I'm sorry that you didn't know about this project before it launched. There were a couple of NDA-accessible communications about the project, but some were quite a long time ago. I'll be sure to keep communication with NDA'd Mozillains in mind moving forward.

Also, unfortunately the hardware data on the new site is also impacted by bug 1468351. I opened an issue against the new front-end to keep track of this.
