Investigate viability of "main ping"-like hardware data gathering from mobile #41

Right now we're not gathering hardware data from our mobile users in any way that is effectively parallel to the info we're getting from desktop main pings.

Will be meeting with Georg in the coming week to discuss what it will take to add the main ping to Fennec, and what we think the timeline might look like.

I met with Georg and we had some notes in [0]. Basically, there is some legwork to understand what the effect of this change would be for Android users (it will never be available for iOS).

In addition, we discovered bug 1249373, which indicates that the size of the main ping is too much for users, and extending that to including release users would probably not be a great solution.

If that ends up being the case, we will need to create a new ping with the data we need and send it out separately.
