Steps to Reproduce

Go to a website with videos, like youtube Play a video Open the video in fullscreen

Expected Behavior

The video is in fullscreen and there is only black around the video. When you exit the fullscreen, the address bar is shown correctly.

Actual Behavior

When in fullscreen, the bottom of the screen still show the website (see atached screenshot). When I exit the fullscreen, half of the address bar is hidden.

Can reproduce the issue on the 5/23 build. screenshot
