Hi, I wasn't able to reproduce this issue using the latest Fenix version (2019-06-11) on a Google Pixel 3XL (Android 9) and a Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android 6.0.1).

Based on this comment I''ll mark it as invalid.

Since there are also other reports on performance: (see https://github.com/mozilla/firefox-preview-bughunting-campaign/issues/252), I'll leave this open for investigation.
