Fenix Version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0 Device: OnePlus 6T Android Version: 9.0 Issue Type: Visual (User Interface) Tried in other browser: ☐ GitHub Username: @smartfonreddit

Steps to Reproduce

Open 10 tabs. Open the tab manager. Scroll it slightly up or down. Currently there is an animation that automatically scrolls the page a bit, after lifting the finger. This animation is a major distraction and a usability issue that prevents the user from interacting with the app until this non-user initiated animation ends. This animation should not exist.

@smartfonreddit thank you for the report! I was not able to reproduce this. Can you, please, retry?

It's the automatic scrolling animation that happens after I lift the finger. Notice the white circle is my finger tap. The page scrolls itself after the finger is lifted. When the finger is lifted, it's expected that the user should be able to interact with the page instantly. In my use case I find myself having to wait for this animation to end before interacting with tabs. It's a "feature" and not a bug, I guess.

Thanks for the response. It is not a bug, indeed, the animation works as expected. I'll flag this as enhancement.
