Steps to Reproduce

1) install the browser 2) on the first page itself it's given to chose the theme type. 3)select the automatic option.

Expected Behavior

I expected that the browser should change the theme according to the phones theme.

Actual Behavior

The automatic theme option is not working

Wish for an upcoming feature

The option for the automatic theme is not working.myphone theme is set dark but when I select automatic themeing option in the browser it doesn't shows any changes.

Can reproduce this with a OnePlus 5T (Android 9). build: 6/21 nightly. Doesn't reproduce on any device, for e.g.: Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Android 9), or Motorola Moto G6 (Android 8.0) - with battery saver.
