When desktop site is turned off, youtube.com doesn't load mobile version #436

Steps to Reproduce

1) open youtube 2) click desktop mode 3) turn off desktop mode

Expected Behavior

I would expect to take me back to the mobilie site

Actual Behavior

It remains at the desktop site no matter what

I was able to reproduce this issue with the latest build 6/24 with Lg G7 fit (Android 8.1). Marking this as a bug. @couci thank you!
