Steps to Reproduce

Go for example to google.com Tap the input. View is centered on the input. Rotate your phone.

Expected Behavior

View is centered on the input after rotating.

Actual Behavior

View is not centered.

I was not able to reproduce this issue on the latest build 6/26 with Motorola Moto G6 (Android 8). Closing as invalid.
