Steps to Reproduce

Go to a page which allows zoom like google.com. Zoom and zoom out completely. Turn your phone in landscape mode and turn it in portrait mode.

Expected Behavior

Page is not zoomed.

Actual Behavior

Page is not zoomed. Turning in landscape and portrait mode increase zoom. Note : I can't reproduce this bug on sites like mozilla.org, accounts.google.com but I can reproduce it on bughunterissues.mozilla.community. Note also I can't reproduce this bug in Fennec and in Chrome

I was not able to reproduce this issue on the latest build 6/26 with Motorola Moto G6 (Android 8). Closing as invalid.
