Steps to Reproduce

Webrendinger won't run at 90Hz Displays on 90fps

Expected Behavior

In future releases it would be great if 90Hz would be supported while scrolling through webpages (like Chrome Android or Firefox Focus without new geckoview renderer)

Actual Behavior

Browser displays webpages at 60fps on a 90Hz display

Wish for an upcoming feature

Browser runs at 90Hz if you are not viewing a website.
