Steps to Reproduce

Happens on every webpage. UI runs smooth

Expected Behavior

90fps while scrolling webpages on a supported devive with higher refresh rates than 60Hz

Actual Behavior

Browser runs at 60fps while displaying webpages instead of 90gps on devices with 90Hz

Wish for an upcoming feature

Firefox webrenderer only runs at 60fps on a device with 90Hz
