Steps to Reproduce

Visit ghacks.net On first time visit you get two choice buttons, Manage your choices and Got it, thanks. I'm unable to click any of these buttons, nothing happens.

Expected Behavior

The buttons should react to input

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens when clicking the buttons

I will close this as invalid, based on the fact I cannot reproduce on the latest build from 5/28, on Nexus 6P (Android 8.1.0).
